This policy explains what AFK Dental Tutor collects through the early-access waitlist and how that information is used

Information we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, the time and version of the consent you accepted, signup source or limited campaign parameters, and the lifecycle of your request such as pending, verified, or unsubscribed; we may also store limited delivery events needed to diagnose failed or bounced email
How we use it
We use this information to verify your address, operate the early-access waitlist, invite eligible testers, send relevant product updates, prevent abuse, and understand the reliability of the signup flow
What we do not do
We do not sell your email, use recalled examination questions, or use your waitlist information for unrelated advertising; email addresses and verification tokens are not sent to analytics tools
Service providers and location
The website uses infrastructure and email-delivery providers that may process limited information outside Canada; we limit access to the services needed to operate the site and use contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the data
Retention
Unverified signup records are periodically removed or minimized; verified waitlist records are retained while the beta waitlist purpose remains active; if you unsubscribe, we keep only the minimum suppression record needed to ensure we do not email you again
Your choices
You can unsubscribe through any product email; you may also request access, correction, or deletion by contacting hello@afkdentaltutor.com
Changes
We may update this policy as the beta infrastructure changes; material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date · Effective: August 12, 2026
